I did that once a couple of years ago when some new shoes had soles like that on them. My Center Manager seems happy if we can get some polish on the upper parts. I just don't know how picky your Integrad is. Hopefully, somebody who just went through yours will chime in.

Those are the boots I have worn for years. I've never had a center manager say anything about the grey soles. Policy states black or brown polishable leather uppers nothing about the color of the soles.

These are what I've been wearing to preload and a driver sup that I was talking to said they would be fine except for the gray sole. The Timberlands have like a light brown sole so I think they're fine Yeah?

With fingers like that I'd expect you to wear some 6" high heels......
