Need a little help please

I am waiting for a package that is shipped via UPS and it's the first time I have ever used UPS services.

The package was shipped from USA to South Africa and arrival date on the email is 2016/08/15 (today). It is 15:00 in South Africa atm. On the tracking site it says Held in Warehouse but when I phoned them earlier they said its stuck at clearance and diverted me through but clearance said it has been cleared on the 2016/08/11. The tracking website also says the following:
Scheduled Delivery:
Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.

No one at UPS can help you. Contact the South African government they are the ones holding up your package. This is why there is no delivery date guarantee on international packages that,contain anything other than documents

Why would the hazmat guy take a leak on it? That's just nasty.
