OK I still don’t know what that means? I wonder if you realize we’re sitting pretty close to the same spot negotiation wise as we were for the last contract. Even though they started negotiating much earlier. It was mostly bunch of nonsense meetings were nothing got done.

Yes…but last time it went well past the end of previous contract. And the time before that, right? I feel like there might have been an expectation in those times that the Union would agree to extend. (“Where‘s my retro?? )

July 31 seems like much more of a hard deadline this time around.

That is correct, difference this time as we have is hard cut off. It’s a strategy, some people like it, some people don’t. I certainly believe the company understands the issues and probably had a pretty good idea of the things we would be asking there’s no reason why they can’t come to the table ready to wrap up negotiations before the August 1 deadline.

No it’s just run poorly and outdated. You have mods that obviously play favorites and do not care about increasing the audience. Thread pages are over ran with duplicate/irrelevant threads. It’s a good old boy club on here, same 15 members attacking new members.

I picked up on that about five minutes after I joined . But I'm starting to get settled in now. It's only a website don't take it personal .
