Some of the smaller centers we work in it’ll get difficult with the contract approaching. Be cordial and keep your integrity while remembering everyone in your sector knows what’s going on. Let the big boys in the metro areas do their thing and trust the process.
Yeah I read through this “training “ a week or so ago. I didn’t finish the training. The few shippers on my route only ship because they know me and the others use the return service because they are an hour away from any drop off location.
Most of my customers are friends and order just to keep me busy. If you ask them they will order.

I was already fired up about this. "At risk volume" BUUUUT they cancel our airplane on Friday AND Saturday so all those customers don't get it until Monday...And then they canceled it again yesterday and got put on thr truck for delivery today. Don't lecture me about at risk volume then screw the customer. They paid good money, make it happen!
Cripes I was boiling already.
