That’s great and the company needs to negotiate fairly but we also need to have reasonable expectations

Last I heard the Union is still pushing for MLK Day and Juneteenth as a paid Holiday. Give me a break. The Union is pushing UPS to close on a day that every business is open, except for the Government?

Unless they're using it as a negotiating tactic to gain a few floating Holidays, they're crazy if they think most of us would strike over this.

I'd just like to say I'm really loving what this administration has done to try and get members engaged in the contract. If you're not seeing things outside your building then your local is being lazy.

Though with that said I'm very worried about how much the membership will stand united when it's time to stand up and be a teamster. Too many Checks written by our administrations mouths that I don't think membership is ready to stand up and cash.

Sure hope I'm wrong because I know I'm ready to do what it takes but the closer and closer we get all I keep hearing is people slowly changing their tunes about 22.4s, Cameras, PVDs. I'm getting sick of telling people to stand strong and save. Then get this look of suddenly I'm the enemy.
