One issue I’m sure all utility will side with the company on is drivers who lock their hand carts to the bulkhead door and then call in sick. That needs to be an immediate termination with no possibility of panel 😂

I REALLY hope they get 9.5 language improved. All drivers can sign, and an automatic filing EVERY TIME not any of this 3 times bull spit. I and many others have gone over 9.5 one or two times every week this year (except there were 2 weeks i have not). My management team knows we can't do anything till 3 so they will intentionally screw us and cut routes and not do anything till you have 2. You want a good week? You better hit 2 9.5s before wednesday. I am on the verge of losing my :censored2:. Went from the worse peak i have had right into the first quarter tightening of the belt and back to stops per car. Idk how other centers are but my manager sucks. Then the one stipidvisor gets on my nuts about it "you need to do your part out there! You are taking extra times at stops and getting complacient you shouldn't be over...." hey if you want me to do my part then dispatch needs to do THEIR part. Set the plans for me to deliver 4 plus businesses after 5 almost everyday..... right..... its looks good for dispatch setting it that way. I gave them another list for one last time, i am ready to follow it and start missing businesses like it wants me to. /RAGE!

Did you watch the rally he was at on Saturday?? Looks like the company and union will meet tomorrow but no actual negotiating will take place… this whole thing is going to be very interesting and could go a number of ways.
I did watch it. Said he had to catch a plane after his speech. I’m assuming he’s headed back to DC.
