Anyone watch the rally with Sean in California yesterday. One interesting thing he said was, the National negotiations will not begin until the supplements are “nearly” completed. That hasn’t been what he’s said to date. Before that it was always not until they are finished.
Well you can't complete a supplement until we know what the national is going to be.
