I can believe it. They made tons of interest on not paying us for 7month the last contract and screwing future drivers out of pay. They didnt give us hazard pay during the covid years, they took all managements pensions and bonus. They got rid of human resource and our plant engineering. So they have the money, Last year they made a 100 billion and they just made 23 Billion last quarter. My coworkers didnt believe they would get a/c and i bet we do. Considering the death lawsuits, and a/c are tax deductible. And our CEO is in it just for her stock and bonuses. She made 30 plus million last year. And our turnover rate is high, because of our working conditions. And you can work at starbucks and other stores at 15.00 a hour without 30 plus supervisors yelling at you in horrible working conditions.

You guys are missing the biggest contract win: henceforth all management have to wear name tags! So stack that onto men in the womens bathroom,breastfeeding rooms (4 myn and womyn and they/thems!) and now A/c you wont see before retiring. Any im missing?
ID has been required for years. Nursing rooms are already policy and the gender thing is covered by the federal law. No idea how any of that’s a win!
