It’s too easy to manipulate…and too hard for the union to keep track of.Same here. My post office went from having roughly 75 - 90 off peak to 130 to 160. And no sure post being held in the DELV stash.
Interesting

In other industries sooner than later. When the time comes, gotta make sure you guys get a righteous buyout.Till then, make this faceless corporation pay for all your years of blood sweat and tears!!P.S. their trophy flagship electric feeder that they launced at my hub aint all that battery don't last too long to go from hub to hub local. It's too quiet also someones going to get hurt in the yard.Same with driverless tractors… some say we’ll all be dead before they are used en mass…but I’m not so sure…supposedly FedEx wants to be running automated trucks in some of their lanes in the next 3 to 4 years.
AC and proper ventilation, personally not striking for AC
Interesting that is dated for Tuesday.
I don't even want it.AC and proper ventilation, personally not striking for AC
You're in feeders....I don't even want it.

How about AC for the buildings or at least somehow more ventilation for the guys and gals that have to unload and load the trailers that have been baking in the sun all day? I mean that’s ridiculous. The best they could negotiate on AC would be all new vehicles "put in service" after a future date.
There is no chance, they are going to retro-fit the entire fleet of pkg cars. Better ventilation.... sure.

That right there would go a long way. Cracking one of those doors and feeling the heat pour out knowing you've gotta jump in there and unload can be soul crushing. Not gonna happen.
Fans (at least) to move the air.... and opening the trailer doors prior to being worked in.

Friday was their dress up day when they had to go to the weekly meeting to get reamed by their bosses.I'm not joking.
Full-time supes wore 3-piece suites.
PT supes wore white short sleeve shirts.... and could load a truck.
Yep I know, they were still wearing ties when I was there they used to talk them into their shirt when they want to work lol.I'm not joking.
