Since there's a 1% chance I drive before the new contract comes out, do you guys think pay progression will be longer or even possibly shorter with the new 2018 contract.

Mostly because of the huge turnover. Hard to get someone interested in the Union when you are making minimum wage and no benefits.

Part time wage have went backwards, even with the last wage increase. Full time wages have went up substantially.
