Its always nice when they send runner rpcd's to take 33 stops off someone.22.4s are the enemy!!!
Thank you homie!Don't mess up @RoswellHub thread. He is doing good work here.
Carry on.Thank you homie!
Ive had a few people hit me up on this one. Something I will be covering in the future.Carry on.
May I suggest that your next video be on strike preparedness.
Next year is really going to be a challenge I think.Ive had a few people hit me up on this one. Something I will be covering in the future.
So you are saying that none have learned from their mistake? The ones that did not vote I mean. With all due respect you 22.4s need to get realistic about your situation, the whole reason the position exists is because of rank and file apathy toward the contract vote, you can’t seriously expect the same people who couldn’t be bothered to vote against that atrocity to support a strike.
UPS is never going to flip 22.4 to RPCD without major concessions.
Too many FT members only vote for their own selfish interests. How many times have you heard seniority members say how this or that concession does not affect them?So you are saying that none have learned from their mistake? The ones that did not vote I mean.

I’m saying the company isn’t going to just flip 22.4s to RPCD without major givebacks from us especially RPCDs i.e. paying a portion of our health insurance, a wage cut or freeze and there is zero support for that.So you are saying that none have learned from their mistake? The ones that did not vote I mean.
The only wage freeze will be for 22.4 and the percentage will be expanded. And since it will not affect any top rate FT members it will pass.I’m saying the company isn’t going to just flip 22.4s to RPCD without major givebacks from us especially RPCDs i.e. paying a portion of our health insurance, a wage cut or freeze and there is zero support for that.
You do not know that. The only wage freeze will be for 22.4 and the percentage will be expanded. And since it will not affect any top rate FT members it will pass.
And they don’t have the old voting language to protect em now. It will be be up or down nowYou do not know that.
I voted no on this current contract because of the 22.4 language.
Some of us will stand up to protect the other members
The 2/3 rule is goneAnd they don’t have the old voting language to protect em now. It will be be up or down now
If the goal is flip 22.4 to RPCD that makes no sense. The only wage freeze will be for 22.4 and the percentage will be expanded. And since it will not affect any top rate FT members it will pass.
The goal is to make 22.4 the new RPCD.If the goal is flip 22.4 to RPCD that makes no sense.
Good luck with thatThe goal is to make 22.4 the new RPCD.
Once the company gets their foot in the door.Good luck with that
