Every Local gets it every 5 years. I watched a fellow BA have to re-pay .87 cents for overtipping

on a cup of coffee. They don't fork around.

I'm aware he wasn't. He's getting on my case because I had an issue with the use of "uh" this and "uh" that.

I'm not ting on Mr. Kerwood. Like I said, he has a lot of knowledge and knows what he's talking about.

It would just come across better if had some better ways to convey his message without the hesitations.
