Easy way to get people to quit. Most of the people hired in the past 4 years have no seniority so if they aren't getting a drive punch they go to 20 something an hour. Most won't survive.So they (the Company) are saying that this is the line in the sand?

Hit the nail on the head @Wally I say this all the time.Part of the problem is as always, is our own worse enemy, ourselves. Every Monday, drivers volunteer to take the day off instead of demanding their 8. The result? Management is cutting routes and loading up the remaining. They are betting on the fact drivers will volunteer to go home. So far they are winning.
