I was told to DR a shipper release package at a residential stop by using sdn and typing shipper release.

I'm not suprised. He told a bunch of us to dr the shipper release pkgs that way. I was at the address yesterday and it didn't prompt me, telling me I couldn't dr like I had been for years.
