I was told recently that FedEx will suspend the money-back guarantee starting on the 1st of November. Significantly earlier than previous years. Doesn’t that just scream confidence?

Since when does FedEx have any responsibility to commitment times these days? They knew you would feel better if the pressure of making commitment was no longer an issue.
It’s true. Just get it to me the next day or so.FedEx right now- nobody cares about service.

if you've got a PM area and the only option is 10:00 FO or 1630 P1 and it has to be there for that business day, you dont have many options unless UPS isn't 1630Why people still use FO is beyond me
Around here it does. What's even dumber for FO is 1400 commits.....Ok, did not know . would imagine still doesn’t make by 1000 but b4 1630 I guess
A 1630 area isn't getting FO by 10:00. Lolif you've got a PM area and the only option is 10:00 FO or 1630 P1 and it has to be there for that business day, you dont have many options unless UPS isn't 1630
Probably. It always sparks the following exchange between couriers and ops managers:But will management once again instruct couriers to deliver Priority on time?
I imagine the exchange between you and your people goes like thisProbably. It always sparks the following exchange between couriers and ops managers:
"Suspending the MBG isn't right for the customer."
"Then make a reasonable effort to preserve service."
"Hell no, straight through!"
I imagine the exchange between you and your friends would be nothing but silence, as you have no friends.I imagine the exchange between you and your people goes like this
Employee: Who made this coffee?
Dano: I did, why?
Employee: Because it sucks, do better or we will give you a soap in a towel beating
Dano: I promise to do better, but I have so few skills, I will try to master at least one
Maybe if Ex would make some kind of effort to get the freight to the stations on time straight-lining wouldn't have to be an issue.Probably. It always sparks the following exchange between couriers and ops managers:

"Then make a reasonable effort to preserve service."
"Hell no, straight through!"
