That's why they get hurt so much. They're regularly lifting near the top end of their ability, and that puts excess strain on ligaments, tendons, back muscles, etc. no matter what methods are used.

And I know that as someone who's a right-sided guy who doesn't care for liberal BS, I get the part of a union that helps and stands for each other, instead of what you're clearly doing.

I stand with people who become less able to do the job over time. I stand with people who need to set a 30 or 35 year pace, because that's how long they plan to be here. So they can't kill it every day or every night. I stand with people who insist on a fair day's work and pay.
