No pay for Labor Day

In my region it's work the day before of after to get holiday pay. I don't know about FMLA. I usually work every day anyway.

Just came off FMLA /short term disability first day back to work yesterday I will be getting paid.

Not sure about fmla but you have to work the day before or after to get holiday pay, not both. Unless you talk to your sup and they're cool. Tell them you'll buy them a 12 pack...

Here unless you are scheduled off or on vacation you have to work both the day before and after to get paid for the holiday.
