A guy I work with went on road last year wearing one of these hats. He also had on a red sweatshirt with the body of an elf on it, red and white striped socks with white fur at top.
Almost all of them quit already. We have no extra people or cars.

They can only send them out with 5 or 6 hours of work because it takes them 10 hours.

Yep. Same way last year.
Also they are scared to death they will quit so give them the easy stuff.
Just make them a helper at temp driver pay. Let them go out and do a few air and bulk stops. Then let them jump on another car and blast it out.
