I do ....sometimes just pay at a machine ....just a pain in the arse cause they will charge me a reconnection fee....and I have to fight with them..... Still have the text....so screw them

I have that option but just mail in my payment to T-Mobile. I am satisfied with T-Mobile but I have noticed problems with coverage area recently that I never had before. Maybe it is growing too fast for its cell towers to handle. Not a big issue because I just set it to wifi calling preferred and never have any problems. T-Mobile has free wifi calls and data useage for all plans.
