They look good! Let me ask this, do you peel the thin membrane off? I've gone to others house's for ribs and they look great, but they have no idea about pulling off that nasty membrane before cooking.

Rain moving in. My friend died today in Iraq in 2007. He was a recruiter and didn't think it was ok to send people off to die without doing it yourself. Good man and missed.

Its nice to be able to be rudely blunt to family members. My sister showed up with a fake tan that looked like crap. I thought she looked jaundiced and told her so. She said everyone else was telling her how great it looked. Either they were being polite or it looked OK indoors under artificial light. Outside in natural bright sunshine it looked awful. And I told her so.
