The natives up here tell me this area is in a snow belt what ever that means, they get a lot of snow that's not predicted and it comes everyday...

Snow belt is areas downwind of Great Lakes that get a lot of lake effect snow. I am just outside the snow belt but can drive a couple of hours and get to areas with very heavy snows.

0 here. Not going to get much warmer. Too cold to shovel snow. At least the wind blew most of the snow off my driveway anyway. It tends to drift in the side yard.

The wind kept most of it off my car...but I do have to shovel at some point.
