I wish we had that option. We would get written up If we didn't take a full hour after 8.

We enforce it here, out there, they would make guys sign a letter saying they are waiving their lunch period if they only wanted to take 10. They could take their 20 paid and 10 unpaid and it covered them legally from getting in trouble with the state.
