You will probably all disagree with me on this ,, and I will get it ,,, but the redsox coming back against the hated Yankees , the biggest rivalry in sports was a phanominal moutain to climb that took yrs of heartache to climb , then to top it off against the cardinals , another team that crushed our dreams in 67 & 46 was u iceing on the cake !! Not taking away from long time Cubs fans , but the Sox came so close many times , only to have the Yankees end it ! The Cubs really sucked most of the time , but God dam those fans came out and we're loyal !
