Just signed a contract to build a new house and we are selling ours for way more than invested. When all is said and done, I'll make way more on this and not to have a house payment anymore.

It's a lateral move in housing but money wise, we are coming out way ahead.

It makes our plans much better.

Funny thing is this all happened by coincidence. We weren't even thinking of selling.

And we are getting something that works better for the kids being that one will be going to college soon and such.
