Does it get worse or better when you apply the brakes?

When do you first start to feel it?

I feel it up to 20 mph speed. Then it smooths out and does it again at about 62 mph. Not when I'm braking. That's what it was doing before I had new rotors and pads put on.

Might be rotors again. Maybe alignment or wheel balance, although they would be negligible at low speeds and get worse at higher speed.

May want to have a real mechanic check it.
