Yep. It's only counted as one occurrence

Two days, one write up. Six days, 3 write ups. Eight days, 3 write ups and a warning letter. Ten days, 3 write ups, a warning letter, and a suspension letter.

Then it resets at like 3 months or so. This is revolutionary.

You should have asked me earlier....

I'm not the type of person who misses work anyway...

But up to 6 days before you get into real trouble, and more than that before termination becomes a risk, does offer some peace of mind.

On a related note, nobody said anything to me about my NCNS on Friday. That's weird.
