Just got the tenderloins ready for the smoker. Used a key lime rub, garlic, and lime juice. Got them in the fridge for when I fire up the smoker at noon.

How did that turn out? I just found out my sister-in-law (the one that got me a case of Flying Dog) is coming into town on Labor Day so I am already planning the barbecue menu.

Perfect. I could barely pick it up,it was falling apart. Nice crunchy skin and moist on the inside

Over the Fouth I made beer can chicken and my mother-in-law couldn't get enough of it.

I didn't even need a knife to pull it apart. You could really taste the lemons and onions I stuffed it with. Cooked it over 3 hours.

What did u exactly stuff in that bird.....Yes ....and no really?

Beer can chicken is one of the easiest things to do on the grill. You got to try it sometime but make sure you wrap it once the skin is nice and brown.
