When I click on the what's up?
It opens a new browser and I'm not logged in.
I tried this on my Win 8 laptop using firefox 39.0 and it opens in the same window and I'm still logged in.

Tried it on chrome 44.0.2403.107 m with the same results.

IE 11.0.9600.17905 same result.

My phone is a samsung note 4. Using firefox mobile I got the same result.

Samsung on my note 4 using chrome same result.

I've also got an ipad and a macbook pro in a drawer if you're on ios devices using safari. I can get those out to see what happens on those.

It may be something set up in the settings of the browser on the device you are using. Maybe something about private browsing. It could be something else, that's just a guess.
