I'm not playing Mr Nice Guy and they're not letting me down. I'm ticked because this guy is an idiot. He's going to get a warning letter over it. He got a verbal before he left for call outs, and now we have this. It's a joke. I don't have time to be a babysitter or wonder whether or not he's going to work every night.

That's exactly why I chose to never go into management at FedEx even though it pays more. I'm not going to babysit grown adults. Fact of the matter is, everyone doesn't have the same work ethic that some of us do.

Out of the 10 guys on my sort I only have issues with this one. Most are hardworking college students that want to work. This guy drags his feet and thinks he can do what he wants because he older than all of us.
