Two years old and oil consumption problems since 2500 miles. New short block last January, and still using oil.

Apparently, they got a bad batch of blocks/oil control ring in the 2014's. The short block was supposed to fix it (duh), but didn't. Just have to see when they decide to value it. When the problem was first reported, or later.

We'll probably get another one, it really is an awesome little car in the snow.

We had a 1999, leaked like a sieve, but I expected it (used car). Then, a 2007. A rock. Bought a 2014 when I retired, and that's the problem child.
