I've eaten cow tongue....the texture is what I don't like the most. Like chicken liver....I knew a Cuban chick who made liver and onions like pepper steak....sauteed with peppers and onions. It smelled amazing and the flavor was great. It was that grainy texture of the liver I didn't like.

My dad had liver and onions when he could. My general rule is not eating of organs.
