Canadian Chick-Felay Feels Backlash From Chick-fil-A’s Gay Marriage Firestorm

Talk about an unfortunate mix-up. A Canadian franchise felt the wrath of some angry protesters
thanks to its’ showrunner’s stance on gay marriage. The only problem was, the company’s
president and CEO never took one.

Chick-Felay, a Canadian chicken restaurant with four locations in Toronto, was on the receiving
end of some confusing customer interaction thanks to its name, which is strikingly similar to
the U.S.-based chain, Chick-fil-A.

Angry U.S. shoppers lobby to keep Canadians out

Border-crossing Canucks at Costco have behaved so badly at stores, residents want an American-only hour. 2,000 people agree
It just amazes me the money Canadians spend at our local stores. Many days the Ontario/Quebec(jerk face who hit my car is one) license plates outnumber the NY plates 2-1 at the local Sam's Club. And, the buses of shoppers that go to Hannaford just certain brand of turkey. What is it with those turkeys???

Canadian Muslim Convert Killed By Russian Security Forces While Fighting Jihad In Dagestan… National Post: In the video he shot inside his hut in the mountains of Dagestan last winter, William Plotnikov narrated as he panned from the black flag of jihad to three bearded rebels and their assault rifles.
Then he turned the camera on himself.
“I ask Allah that the next season he’ll give us the opportunity to kill as many kafirs [non-believers] as we can, just to shred them to pieces,” William said. “Allah is almighty.”
Watching the clip on the computer in his apartment north of Toronto last week, Vitaly Plotnikov looked both heartbroken and perplexed. It was hard for him to accept that this was his son.
“It’s just like a different person to me,” he said.
Russian security forces announced last month that they had killed William, a 23-year-old Canadian, during a gun battle in Dagestan. Since then, the Canadian government has been trying to verify the Russians’ account.
But in an interview with the National Post, Mr. Plotnikov confirmed William’s death and spoke for the first time about his son’s rapid transformation from Toronto teenager and champion boxer to Muslim convert and jihadist fighter.
What seemed to amaze Mr. Plotnikov most was how fast it all happened. His son only became interested in Islam in 2009, he said. Within a year, he had left Canada and by July he was dead. He had gone from convert to martyr in less than three years.
He is not the first radicalized Canadian to die under such circumstances, but he is believed to be the first Canadian convert to die fighting in the name of jihad— all the others having been born into their faith. His father said William became so radicalized he did not even consider the other Muslims he met to be true Muslims. He claimed that Canada and the U.S. were a source of evil for Muslims.

Well, the Cuban Woman's Baseball team is leaving Edmonton, the World Cup host, without 4 of their players.
They deflected and at the moment nowhere to be found.

2 years ago, when Edmonton hosting the same event - 3 went missing, and Castro bashed Edmonton.
Oh well, nothing we can do, besides letting them stay here.

1 dead after shooting at new Quebec premier's victory speech

CNN) -- One person was killed and another critically injured from a shooting at a victory speech by
Quebec's new premier, Montreal police said.

Pauline Marois, who will be the first female premier of Quebec after her center-left party won provincial
elections, was rushed off stage when gunfire rang out around midnight Tuesday, police said.
Marois was not harmed.

"We know the suspect had more than one gun when it happened," Montreal police Cmdr.
Ian Lafreniere told reporters. "Then he went out and set a fire at the door.
The fire was extinguished by some police officers who were there."

As the man was dragged toward the police cruiser, he shouted in
French: "The English are waking up!" CNN affiliate CBC reported.
The suspect appeared to be wearing a bathrobe or housecoat.

Canada closed it's embassy in Iran and also kicking out all Iranian diplomats out of Canada.
They have 5 days to leave the country !

This is a proud day for Canada to cut off relations with Iran.
They have executed thousands of their own men for questionable reasons,
they stone women to death for the crime of being raped. They want to annihilate Israel.
Other countries should step up and make a stand.

Ottawa revoking citizenship of more than 3,000 after fraud investigation

The Canadian citizenship of more than 3,000 people is being revoked and thousands of others who hold permanent resident’s status will be denied the chance to swear allegiance to this country as the federal government cracks down on fraudsters who have not met the basic requirements to become a citizen.
Immigration Minister Jason Kenney told a news conference on Monday that his department, with the help of the Canada Border Services Agency and the RCMP, is targeting people who game the system by faking the amount of time they have spent in Canada.
The rules say immigrants must have resided here for at least three of the four years immediately prior to filing their citizenship application. But Mr. Kenney says thousands of people have found ways to fake proof of lives spent in Canada – many with the assistance of crooked immigration consultants. The going rate for simulating residence for a family of five is about $25,000, said the minister.
“In many jurisdictions around the world, simply having a Canadian passport can double your salary. It can give you access to some of the highest quality health care in the world at no cost,” he said. “It can give your children access to subsidized post-secondary education at our excellent colleges and universities, and, of course, can represent a political insurance policy.”
