You barely mentioned Spain and that's fine to have high speed trains going from point A to point B. But tell me, if you had a local train that went from near your home to near your destination, how would that benefit people who don't live near the train or work near where the train goes?
There was a photo saying barcelona haha

because its nonsensical my friend

obviously if you have a train between 2 cities people will use it.
And if your destination is nowhere near those two cities? How are you going to get there? What you're suggesting is trains all over the place. A web of trains. Won't happen.

i said we need better public transit and you said no we dont and we can just use gas scooter, e bikes, etc, and i clearly showed how thats a worse option when you factor in high speed trains and then you said we dont have hte density and i said we do have hte density in some places.

You aren't going to use high speed trains for local transportation. Simply put you don't want anything powered by fossil fuel. Yet your high speed electric train will be powered by electricity generated by the burning of fossil fuel because as of right now wind and solar can't and won't produce enough power with existing technology. But the crux of the matter is you accusing everyone of supporting demonic energy sources but you aren't willing to sacrifice and ride the bus so why should we give up our cars if you won't? Don't blah blah blah, give a valid reason why you get to drive your car but the rest of us are evil for doing so?
