Evidently they're saying they removed your name from the seniority list to terminate you like you had done something to deserve termination.

If it's still a problem and/or on your record file for fmla thru your doctor to cover the time off and if you have enough hours to achieve fmla it will get wiped off your record and replaced with fmla leave instead.

Your BA or steward should have put a stop to the nonsense immediately. I dont know what the language says in your rider or supplement says but that appears to be harassment.

It's technically 8 days before here. But you could tell them a hour before if the sup likes you .
