Most option 3 it so you can be paid on days you have appts, are sick, wanna go fishing, ect. The option 1 is used by those that have a bunch of "go home/take a no pay" as they would be out of their option 3 days by Feb and the center gives them days off regardless. This way they can have even more time off that they can plan.
