Climate alarmists have been predicting huge upheavals in the climate in certain timeframes for over 50 years. Haven't come true yet but they keep trying. Meanwhile activists use climate change as the foundation for changing how we do pretty much everything politically, socially, economically. So forgive our skepticism that all of this is just about saving the planet. Especially when respected scientists point out the flaws in activist theories and then are demonized and marginalized.
The entire north east is under smog warnings from a fire in Quebec. Just stepped out my front door in Delaware and and there’s a haze cloud and smell of burnt rubber from a burning ecosystem in another country. Is that not enough of an upheaval for you?

No wonder you're confused! You believe that the smoke you are smelling is in reality, Climate Change.

It's not surprising that you're terrified!

Remember back when businesses were taxed at 92%? But that tax rate was there to encourage reinvestment through tax write offs. And then the government dropped that tax rate…and left the write offs in place.

And now billion dollar companies insist they are entitled to $0 in taxes, sucking up to investors and patting themselves on the back for being so clever.

Thank God culture wars tend to divert attention. “Culture wars”. I wonder who came up with that term and why…

California sends you their regards.

“An apocalyptic story set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and almost everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life.” Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) - IMDb

Looks like a good description of Manhattan this morning. Just an ol’ summer smoke out, right? Thanks for proving my point.

Climate change death cult.
The day of the apocalypse keeps changing, but they keep chugging the Kool aid.
That’s an attitude many In Arkansas hold even after they had to beg for federal assistance after massive tornadoes tore through the state. Texas too after the winter freezing.

Y’all don’t have to chug the kool aid but maybe you could set the moonshine down a spell and let your heads clear a bit.

There's a huge deficit, and it's the fault of the Demoncrats!! Besides not adding revenue to the federal treasury, big corporations did huge stock buybacks, driving up share prices, increasing dividends, and pushing upper management compensation into the stratosphere. Very little reinvestment, except in their own stock. Guess who green-lighted all of this? Ronald Reagan.

I too live in the Mid Atlantic Region. Heavy smoke and the smell of pine sap burning. There is currently a worsening drought not only in our region but across much of the nation. When finished steers hit $243 today it became clear that food inflation is not going away anytime soon.

A tornado proves climate change.
Maybe go educate yourself on the difference between climate and weather, rather than insulting Southerners, homeboy.

We've had the wettest SPRING I can remember........cool and pleasant.....for here.

Funny, they don't mention drought here anymore........hard to when it rains a lot.....

If this is climate change.......please more of it.

That's the thing about climate change(weather)....it's always changing.

Biggest problem we have is Californians and Mid Atlantic Region folks moving here.....I guess for the climate.....oh and trying to get away from other Californians and Mid Atlantians.....well...there are illegal aliens here too.....

Funny, I don't know a single person that ever moved North.

You believe a single weather event in Arkansas proves your global warming theories?

Because you know nothing about science?

Really? Gosh, I didn't know that you've suddenly become a climatologist. You can dismiss the data if you want to, nobody cares about that. The only thing that matters is whether or not you can disprove it.

The only thing I can say is that this AM it's smoky, dry and commodity prices appear to be responding to these conditions.
