in so.il 20min lunch 10 min. break its about time.mgmt needs to enforce it.it should be forced to take between third and sixth hour.

in jersey you have to take the full hour. but we cant take the 10 min break. they just automactically pay us the 10 min everyday. it comes up as "time bonus" on the pay stub.

At our center, we skip our lunch all in the name of BONUS! We are a bonus center and it sickens me the way drivers behave. I kid u not, we have drivers that bonus 4 hours a day plus work 10 hour days. On the contrast we have drivers that cant scratch to save their lives and make of course 0 bonus. Remember, bonus is all over time pay. You scratch an hour, you just made an hour bonus. Guess who management goes after in our center??? The driver who works at an insane pace to make his bonus or the overallowed "safe" driver?
