When did they not attack civilians? Seriously, when has Hamas or Hezbollah ever attacked just military targets? They've always attacked civilians and that finally got the entire country fenced off. You keep talking about expansion. Israel's borders are set. They have settlers in the West Bank but they are completely out of Gaza. Can you show me where they've moved the fence to take over land from Egypt, Syria, Jordan, or Lebanon after they fenced the country off?
