You don't need those 10 minutes. Just work through and get paid extra time at the end.

If they don't give you your breaks make sure they add them to your time. Whenever I work over 4 hours with only a 10 min break they owe me 5 more mins of paid break and an extra 5 mins for each hour worked after.

Some areas have a break written into their local contract others don't.

There must be something wrong with my hub, they told me I "had to take a 30min break" after 6 hours, and told me "If nobody told you to take a 10 minute break write +10 on your timecard"
Also, they just ask if you can help on weekends during peak, if you can't, they just say "ok" and move on.
Seems like a lot of people are getting guilted

In Washington we can take a 30min unpaid break after 5 hours. Nobody does though.

Not a bad worker.. not unappreciative.. I just think it's wrong. People may say oh the next person is ready and willing to take my positions and be grateful. It's just not about that. What's wrong is Wrong and what's right is right.
