Part time "Qualified" TCD to Full time feeder.

You don't start at the bottom though which is the problem. If you as a part time TCD were making $22 an hour as a pter and $28 as a TCD, they can't start you at $18. They'd have to start you at $22 and once progression catches up to you, you get the progression raises.

I figured more people would be going through the same problem. I guess not. Driving is driving if I can qualify for a pay freeze to keep when you go FT package. Then that same should apply going feeder I think it is pretty simple.
