Another question had to do with dealing with a disrespectful underling.

I hope the correct answer was "Take your tongue lashing like a man if you know they're right or you're trying to get them to work unsafely." Probably not though as it'd poison the sup trainee BS well.

And the use of the term "underling" to refer to any union hourly is very ironic when it comes from the standpoint of a part time sup.

Question #1- can you yell "who's got the belt off?" loudly?

My last two part time sups have had trouble reading the safety and wellness tips during the PCMs. One occasionally has to have help with the more difficult words. I don't think they set their standards too high. Hope this helps.
