I do expect it to become more than 45 hours.

I usually average 45 hours a week as well, so Dave is not alone. But we are different in where I take lunch.

The only thing thant I can think of,maybe thats his air rate and got red circled ,till his ground rate catches up? I hope that is the case, for him!

This is what I was thinking also. If he is a top rate air driver then he would be red circled at his air driver rate until his progression rate catches his current rate.

I was a top rate air driver, but it wasn't my primary classification (inside sorter). Had to take my inside rate over my top air rate.

I also average about 45-50 hrs in my area (large center).
