You should...get to HR with your steward. A friend of mine is in his second year of progression making less than 20 dollars an hour.Ruh-Roh. Better look into it I suppose.
Your saving grace is that they can only demand back pay for the last 3 months... I believe.View attachment 13695
Here's a pic of my stub. Just so you know I'm not lying. Thanks for the input guys.
I don't think you're lying, but you are being overpaid.View attachment 13695

You only worked 45 hours and you've been a driver a few months? Expect that to become 55
But you work in a bubble. Not here.
That's a lot of OT.

That Is the current one, Sweetheart!Try a current contract Bobo

I do expect it to become more than 45 hours.
Just seems like he jumped rate ,pretty quick. for driving such a short time?Oops. You're in the wrong section though. He stated he was full time
You need to go down to the next section though (section b) and top rate is $26.74 with a different scale of progression.
The only thing thant I can think of,maybe thats his air rate and got red circled ,till his ground rate catches up? I hope that is the case, for him!
I didnt even think of that, until I cracked a beer!...lolThis is what I was thinking also. If he is a top rate air driver then he would be red circled at his air driver rate until his progression rate catches his current rate.
