As long as It has power steering! Thats all I care about. The day I complain about driving a stick is the day I turn in my man card and take up knitting as a hobby. I drive an automatic, but if it gets pulled for maintainence and I get a stick I am fine with it as long as the lights work and the tires are good.
I see young guys these days all the time who can't drive a stick. I'd rather die than admit that when I was that age.
Didn't the old school ones have plastic wheels too? We hav a few old relics hanging in the yard.As long as It has power steering! Thats all I care about.
I bet half of them don't know how to check their oil, much less the transmission fluid.
And some leg room. Some of these older trucks are so damm close to the steering wheel. It's like they built them trucks for somebody that's like 5 foot 6 not over 6 feet tall lolAs long as It has power steering! Thats all I care about.
25 years in and I would be hard pressed to check any of the fluids.
The only fluids we are responsible for as drivers is the wiper fluid.

Is that knocking? Shift to low gear and floor it!Until it starts an ungodly knocking 50 miles from the center!!
This doesn't make any sense. You have to shift into first. Pull parking break then deliver. On return. Parking brake off and shift out of first. YouAuto is definitely nicer on some routes, but honestly I think I prefer the stick on a route with a lot of DR stops because there's less involved on the start/stop process. Don't have to shift into park to stop, and the vehicle is already in gear when you start. As far as ratio it's prob 3/4 auto at my center.
Too hard for you?Big difference in auto versus manual is your using alot more body parts n repetitive motion with a manual versus the automatic. Pretty much a no brainer really. Easier to drive auto versus stick.
Still love you too Princess Lea lmfaoToo hard for you?
Still love you, just have to bust your chops...princess!
Haven't you worked here for about 10 minutes....have you been out deilivering in a manual PC?There are equal amount of steps with a manual or auto. Stop car with foot on clutch in whatever gear, place in 1st, ebrake. With auto you just stop and throw it in park and ebrake.
Yes, they were. And some leg room. Some of these older trucks are so damm close to the steering wheel. It's like they built them trucks for somebody that's like 5 foot 6 not over 6 feet tall lol
