Drivers still out delivering tonight in Roswell Center. They promised drivers that came in it would be 4 hours max for everyone. When they arrived this morning, they were met with 150+ stop routes and late air. Forest Park is so bad, they pulled sups from Roswell to work down there, along with others flown from all over the country as @scratch described.

Corporate employees will be working tomorrow to deliver packages.

Be safe out there guys, remember the last stop is the most important.
Their famous “a light day” dispatch... typical ups mgt lies.... par for the course for this company

It’s not that peak is hard , it’s only hard cause you are feeling tired and fatigued. I found myself staring in my truck looking for boxes that I found to be right in front of me. If UPS had a 4 day week the company would be more productive .

One of your Supervisors was loading my package car, I threw out several missloads while we wasted an hour doing nothing. I went out with NDA and missed Ground that looked like presents. I didn't work my usual two Helpers and had my golf cart route. Was supposed to have 130 stops but 25 packages were missing off my car. I was promised help but that got sent elsewhere. I had an easy seven hours but got my guaranteed eight, I didn't take a code 5. Regional Manager or President or whatever he goes by has been in my building the last two days overlooking the Forest Park Disaster. Supervisors were flown in from all over the country to deliver.

I walked out the side door when I left tonight to avoid the long lines of angry customers at the Customer Counter.

It’s not over yet. January is going suck. Where still on the 70 hr rule to January 14th. The company has ask the union for the right to use helpers to January 14th and was denied. Many more hours to be worked. Guaranteed people will be on here crying about the second peak.

It's going to suck now. At least during peak you get a helper to take some of the strain off your body!

It's UPS these daze ... not United Parcel Service.
Serving the shareholders rather than the customer has it's downsides.

Lol “ nightmare” , give me a break. I’ve ordered dozens of things online, I wouldn’t consider not getting it a “ nightmare “
