Full time. Six years. Why doesn't really make a difference, but it is a medical disability.

Pretty sure it's just a partial pension that goes off your years worked. I believe UPS usually tries to offer a buy out down the line on it also.

Depending on where you are located ,it really does not matter.

And saying that UPS is causing a mental disorder , then nothing.

Six years equals a couple of cents not dollars.

I am currently on temporary disability, I had a heart attack 2 years ago, I am having some cardiac issues as of late.. My doctor kind of suggested that it might be an option to consider in the future if the condition worsens..
