I want to like this photo but I don't know to explain it.

I guess photos like this are needed to remind us that evil exists.

​Like it because it represents the fact that people still do remember.

There are those who say, "it never happened". I don't get that.

I appreciate the help in sorting my thoughts.
The picture is so powerful.

How could we allow what happened there happen?

50 years ago, 28 Aug 1963, Martin Luther King, Jr. waves to supporters on the Mall in Washington DC.

He gave a speech that had the words "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where
they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
