I have been with the company 8.5yrs. I've been driving air for 6 months, sometimes air during the week if needed. Should i bid on a full time route or continue running air? So many drivers look unhappy.

I'm a hard worker that doesn't mind hard work. I need my income to increase. Doing air is no guarantees.

Its a physical and mentally taxing job.
In a few years you could be making 80k +

air driver is NOT like being a regular full time package driver. Like comparing an easy Sunday drive vs fighting rush hour traffic.
