right or wrong I always side with the cop .
Clearly, which is why you're wrong.

He's not a cop anymore.right or wrong I always side with the cop .
She's clearly fallen for the "freeman" or some other sovereign citizen movement. What an idiot. Why would he want to have this CLEAR CASE of rape on video.
I love his response. Maintain your calm, cuff her, cut her bag off, make her cry and toss her ass in the squad car.
Compliance is easier for everybody. When you start claiming that you "KNOW YOUR RIGHTS" while at the same time ignoring a legal order from a cop is pretty damn stupid.

Rejecting the authority of the police over her probably seemed like a good idea until she found herself in jail.
She didn't do anything illegal. And as a passenger she doesn't have to show any ID as the cop requested. She's clearly fallen for the "freeman" or some other sovereign citizen movement.

I just watched the video and listened to everything that was said on the radio prior to the Taser being used.
Which is an argument for your attorney to make in court, not for you to make during a traffic stop. She didn't do anything illegal. And as a passenger she doesn't have to show any ID as the cop requested.

Same could be said for any cop. When a cop shows no respect for the law and your rights they should not expect you to be cooperative. What is so difficult with complying with an officers "request"? As long as it's not illegal, do what they ask. If they mistreat you, file a complaint or suit afterwards, but don't expect to puff your chest out to a cop during a traffic stop and expect nothing bad to happen to you. Idiots
No, it isn't. I have no problem with exiting the vehicle, but there's no way I am handing over ID (in the case of the video).Which is an argument for your attorney to make in court, not for you to make during a traffic stop.
Wrong....but go ahead and bow to your mastersWhat is so difficult with complying with an officers "request"? As long as it's not illegal, do what they ask.
