When people cut through a fence with the intent to kill as many as possible before running back with as many hostages as possible it's pretty clear who has the moral high ground in this situation.

The recent slaughter was the worst single attack on Jews since the Holocaust. Israel it appears has decided to destroy Hamas once and for all. Will that stop Muslim attacks on Israel? They have Palestinians in the West Bank and Hezbollah to the north in Lebanon and Iran funding it all. Iran has pledged to destroy Israel. Why do you think they're developing a nuclear weapon? It doesn't matter about centuries of religious warfare. This is the here and now. It's about Israel's right to exist and the determination of others to end Israel's existence. But as usual you never miss a chance to slam religion.

Sadly, I think that perfectly sums it all up. But I also firmly believe that even if religion was NOT a factor, they would simply find other reasons and excuses to hate and kill each other.

but as it is, israel is a US backed occupying country with a war budget of over 20 billion so it makes sense they would be killing civilians in much greater number
