Im surprised the right hasnt gone after santa for his liberal mindedness. I mean all kids, whether they are "naughty or nice" all get free gifts on christmas. Im sure communist kids in cuba or no korea get visits from santa too. I guess thats why he wears "red" that pinko, Then there is all the breaking and entering he does...lol

You talk like there isn't already a HUGE drive to change the name of Christmas. There is.

You even misstate the concept of Santa. The concept is, only good kids get presents, the naughty get coal in their stockings. Kinda takes away from the "socialistic" aspects don't ya think? Yes some kids in probably every country have a version of Santa Claus, so I don't understand the point on that idea.
I really doubt that communism was very prevalent in name and description when the persona of Santa Claus began. Kinda takes away for that premiss, don't ya think?

You could be right that some family debt begins with over spending @ Christmas time, but ya know what, lots of people over spend @ Christmas time that has absolutely nothing to do with Santa or even kids.

You can call it whatever you want, celebrate it or not that is your right. I'll call it what I want and celebrate it as I see fit, that is my right.
